Refund policy varies according to your shipping address and seller, which you can view detailed information on each order detail page. Please contact the seller for getting any defected products according to their terms and conditions.

For orders placed and shipped from South Korea or Brazil : please apply for a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the items (subject to certain exceptions and special rules below);

For orders placed and shipped from Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, or France: please apply for a refund within 15 days from the date of receiving the items (subject to certain exceptions and special rules below);

For orders places with overseas sellers: you can apply for a  refund within 90 days after order was placed.

The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if you used credit card to pay, the refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made.

Generally, the refund will be received in 1~10 business days (in some cases 20 business days).
